Why Dreaming Willow?

Baby Reign holding Willow's name

On Oct. 6, 2016, sweet Willow Arabella was born to my close friends, Michael and Maggie. Hours later she unexpectedly left this earth to spend the rest of her life in heaven.

Willow’s life, though short, has taught us how amazingly precious life is, how powerful love is, and how wonderfully we’ve been created.

…you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.
(1 Thess. 4:13)

There is a story and a blazing strength in each one of us, and we have set out to tell that story: your story.

So, despite setbacks, difficulties, grief, shame, or anything else that threatens to dim the light that’s in you, it is still there. We just want to showcase that light to the world.

Lead Photographer

Hi! I'm Pam Scott

I am the creator and lead photographer of Dreaming Willow Photography.

A Native of Colombia, South America, but long time resident of beautiful Indiana, and now New Jersey, my biggest joy in photography is showcasing the beauty of people and the love that glues them together.

When I’m not editing photos or chasing after my Tasmanian-devil of a toddler, you can find me exploring new recipes in the kitchen with my oldest daughter.

I’m married to the love of my life, Erik. Together we are not only partners in life, but also in this journey to bring Dreaming Willow Photography to life.
